End of month is our busiest time, so book early for the 30th or the 1st. We clean empty units fast, because there’s no furniture to work around. Carpets, stairs, tile and grout, and furnished pieces for furnished rentals can all be done in one visit.
Landlords and property managers: we turn units over between tenants. Send us the address and the move-out date and we’ll work with the building manager on elevator booking and parking.

Questions people ask
Will I get a receipt for my landlord?
Yes. You get a dated invoice that lists what was cleaned, which is what most landlords ask to see.
Can you come on the last day of the month?
Often, yes, but those days fill up first. Book a week or two ahead for the 30th, 31st or the 1st.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many move-outs are done with a lockbox or a key left with the building manager. We’ll text you when we start and when we’re done.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We can invoice the management company directly and handle repeat turnovers across buildings.
How long does it take to dry?
Most carpet is dry in 3 to 6 hours. Upholstery is usually similar. Open a window or run the heat or a fan and it goes faster. You can walk on carpet right away in clean socks.
