Can you park on my street?
Almost always. The truck-mounted hoses reach a long way, so we can work from the street or the lane. If parking is permit-only, let us know and we’ll sort it out.
Do you clean basement suites?
Yes, including move-in and move-out cleans. Tell us if the suite has its own entrance.
Can you clean old wool stair runners?
Yes. Wool gets a wool-safe clean at the right temperature, and we test a hidden spot first.
How soon can you come?

How is carpet cleaning priced?
Per area. A room, a hallway, a set of stairs or a large rug each count as one area. Tell us what you’ve got in the quote form and we’ll text you the price.
How long does it take to dry?
Most carpet is dry in 3 to 6 hours. Upholstery is usually similar. Open a window or run the heat or a fan and it goes faster. You can walk on carpet right away in clean socks.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We walk through the job with you before we start and again when we’re done. If anything isn’t right, we fix it on the spot or come back. If we still can’t make it right, you get a full refund.
