Wool rugs get cleaned at a wool-safe pH so the fibres and dyes stay healthy. Synthetic rugs can take hot water extraction. We check for colour bleed first on any rug with strong dyes.
A large rug counts as one area in our pricing, the same as a room.

How long does it take to dry?
Most carpet is dry in 3 to 6 hours. Upholstery is usually similar. Open a window or run the heat or a fan and it goes faster. You can walk on carpet right away in clean socks.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use plant-based cleaning solutions that are safe for kids and pets, and we rinse them out with hot water, so nothing sticky is left behind to attract dirt.
