Grout is porous, so it soaks up mop water, grease and dirt. We scrub the lines with a grout cleaner, then rinse and extract with hot water under pressure, inside a covered tool that keeps the spray off your cabinets and walls.
Kitchens, bathrooms, entryways and laundry rooms all work. Ceramic and porcelain are the most common. Natural stone needs a gentler approach, so tell us if you have marble, travertine or slate.

Will my grout look new?
Most grout comes back a long way. Grout that’s stained deep or crumbling may need re-colouring or re-grouting, and we’ll tell you during the walkthrough.
Should I seal my grout afterwards?
For kitchens and entryways, yes. Sealer slows down how fast the grout soaks up dirt again. Ask your technician about it when you book.
Do you clean natural stone?
Tell us what you have first. Marble, limestone and travertine are sensitive to acidic cleaners, so they need a different process.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We walk through the job with you before we start and again when we’re done. If anything isn’t right, we fix it on the spot or come back. If we still can’t make it right, you get a full refund.
