Do you clean high-rise condos?
Yes. We book around your elevator reservation and use either the truck-mounted unit or a portable, depending on the building’s rules.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. You get a dated invoice that lists what was cleaned, which is what landlords, buyers and property managers usually ask to see.
Can you come on the last day of the month?
Often, yes, but those days fill up first. Book a week or two ahead for the 30th, 31st or the 1st.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many move-outs are done with a lockbox or a key left with the building manager. We’ll text you when we start and when we’re done.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We can invoice the management company directly and handle repeat turnovers across buildings.
How long does it take to dry?
Most carpet is dry in 3 to 6 hours. Upholstery is usually similar. Open a window or run the heat or a fan and it goes faster. You can walk on carpet right away in clean socks.
